This is a touching nasheed from a husband to a wife showing appreciation for all the things she did and always has done for him.
Narrated Mu'awiyah al-Qushayri: I went to the Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) and asked him: What do you say (command) about our wives? He replied: Give them food what you have for yourself, and clothe them by which you clothe yourself, and do not beat them, and do not revile them. {Book 11, Number 2139 : Sunan Abu Dawud}
Supporting One's Wife
The man is responsible for providing for his wife, as Allah says (what means), "Let the wealthy man spend according to his means; and let the man whose provisions are restricted spend according to what Allah has given him. Allah does not burden a soul beyond what He has given it, and Allah will grant ease after a hardship. "
(Al-Talaq65:7)
Just because Allah has given men a position of authority does not give them the right to abuse it. They have to treat their wives in the best manner. Allah says (what means), "Live with them honorably. " (Al-Nisa4:19) Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi was sallam) said, "The believer with the most complete faith is the one with the best character, and the best of them are those whom treat their women the best. " (Tirmidhi)
And among His Signs is this, that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy. Verily, in that are indeed signs for a people who reflect.

assalaamu alaikum sister I love this nasheed!! :) I just want to remind myself and others that listening to nasheeds (without instruments) must not replace qur'an! too much nasheed hardens the heart. Plus, it can be distracting when you try to focus during salaah. so let's prioritize the word of Allah azawajal.

Wasalaam Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh. Indeed ukhti, it really does harden the heart whereas listening to Quran recitation purifies the heart and soul. Jazkaallah for the reminder sister :)

Wasalaam Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh. No problem, I'm sure you understand English? It's called "Wedding Nasheed" by the group called Labbayk.
