when i was secondary school, i do have done this teorobic. it's really fun but a lil' bit tired. i need to practice everyday for a month. but then, the resault is very impressive. most of people like it very much. if i have a chance, i want to do it again.

This is why martial scientists are laughed at today and no one takes us seriously anymore.

yea taerobic is getting famous in malaysia. i did train my secondary school's taekwondo team a taerobic performance few years ago during teacher's day. never this good however. haha. people think it's nonsense but i think it's a very creative way of putting training into dance. might not be effective in fighting but it's a healthy alternative for practising martial art. Martial art is not just fighting anyway. Goodjob on the performance!
