I got all 4 removed at once. the surgery is the easy part. The aftermath is the hard part. You have to be so careful to prevent dry socket. my brother and I got dry socket and I was on the ground screaming in pain. Didn't eat any solid foods for two weeks.

i think they numb the gums and stuff so you dont feel anything

@goshiluvarchie I disagree. The animation makes it look so clean, fast and uncomplicated. Imho the reality often differs from this.
