It used to be "The city you drive through to get to Oslo", and it used to look like one big roundabout, without much to see. Today however they've improved the infrastructure, made a huge park by the river and a tunel so that most trafic is bellow the city itself, meaning its more important to improve how the city itself looks today, rather than improving roads nowadays. The improvements are amazing, but then again, the city used to be a dump hehe

I've heard that Drammen is called the Norwegian "roundabout city". Is it because of the spiral tunnel or do they just have such an enormous number of roundabouts?
