One Simple Word: Pratice!

@Octane2009 Honestly it depends, but usually alternate picking or economic picking, but I also use a lot of pull offs. It all depends on the lick and the context.

What amp are playing out of man?I love that tone
Legatomusic 9 months ago
@Legatomusic It's a Digitech GNX3 through a clean amp setting on a Bass Combo amp with a 15 inch driver. I started using a bass amp when I tested several amps with my 7 string. The low B just needs a bigger speaker.

Todd, how did you get those half steps in there? From what I know pentatonics contain no half steps. Until you add the tritone aka blues scale. But how'd you get it/ what notes
Did you add? Thanks

@Cjtreflip This is a "Pentatonic Blues" Scale. The "Blues" notes are a flatted 5th. So The blues scale is a Pentatonic scale with a flat 5th. Pentatonic describes the scale shape and "blues" just adds flatted fifths.
