There basic. But that's all you need. Advanced combos are hardley ever used at tournament level due to difficulty and damage scaling.

Remember, SF4 is not mortal kombat or a vs. game like marvel 3. Damage does not come from combos. Atleast for tournament level play, damage primarily comes from mix-up's, punishes, and mind games.
