  • @90longo Actually, I was the one dubbing it a coincidence, but like I said: believe what makes you more comfortable (you're entitled to do so). But just let me end on this: if you're willing to accept the theories of a person who is NOT formally trained in Archeology even though said person's claims have been (fairly) well refuted by expert Archeologists that use materials left behind by the cultures in question, that's fine - but THAT would be living in a world of fairy tales :)

  • Everyone should learn the debate pyramid before trying to argue. I always see reasonable discussion go straight into name calling/trolling. Oh what am I saying, its fucking YouTube. Its so hard to teach people into thinking logically. The irony of the internet is that there is massive amounts of knowledge and perspective available , yet people narrow and obsess on topics and don't see the big picture.

  • @BernietheShredder OH my they dubbed it a coincidence, then it must be...no way that anyone planned that out must of just been luck right. How about you stop spreading your absurd fairytales to the public.

  • @90longo Coincidence like the ones Hancock seems to have stumbled upon? I do believe that the BBC was biased in presenting their counter arguments and that Hancock DID have theoretically interesting ideas, but there's a lot of evidence that seems to trump it all...my above-mentioned exaggeration was merely a poor attempt at sarcasm. Either way, believe what you will and I'll do the same on my end. Won't change anything I guess!

  • @BernietheShredder Yea if that's what you believe you are being fed lies.

A troll is someone who presents a side of an argument that they don't even truly believe; that's what I'm sure you just did. The only "cockamamie theory" is one that supports the fail safe called coincidence, exactly as yours does.

  • @BernietheShredder It didn't fit.

  • @90longo Funny, the academia I'm involved with is concerned with the very fact that most people are often fed lies under the guise that they are "major facts" and so I'm spending a lot of time breaking through that very problem and trying to get the real information out there...then again, maybe I'm being fed lies and it's all a joke...the world really is less than 5000 years old and there's an invisible man in the sky who sees all ad knows all and has a blast playing with us like dolls

  • @hunterhalo2 "Comment Removed"??? I wonder why...

  • You are mistaken, for you learn through academics. Academics comprise of two things, Lies and absence of major facts.

  • @90longo Good for you, let me know when that business actually pays off in any way shape or form. I on the other hand, will continue on my way towards a Masters in Anthropology - thus meaning that I will (and currently do) have a business in making whatever claims I wish about the things that regard my livelihood. Not happy? Tough shit, enjoy your life as a troll!
