  • If you understand history it is clear that Christianity has often aided discovery. Religion has caused problems but to view it as total folly is simply ignorant. To make character judgments about religious persons is ironically cruel.

  • it's as if she can't come to terms with the fact that institutions of religion have been the largest obstacle to genuine science and discovery. She keeps defending religion, and religion is what discourages condoms in Africa to combat AIDS, religion has prevented vaccinations, and religion locked up people who made the genuine discovery that the earth orbits the sun. What a horrible person for defending such things.
