www.willowsystem.com Treat Yourself!
Self Help Treatment from the medical field of Physical Therapy:

This is a great tip for anyone who has symptoms of tendonitis from working a lot on a computer, or has tendonitis wrist due to playing a musical instrument. The treatment is stretching the flexor muscles of the forearm as a mobilization or the wrist.

This self-treatment Tip can also be used for tendonitis/tendinitis of the wrist after a crash, impact, or surgery, for pain relief of muscle tension, during overload of the wrist from too much work or hypermobility syndrome.

Possible psychological background
for having too much tension in this area:

+ Clinging or holding on to something too tightly
+ Maybe there is something that you should let go of...

  • Cant bend my wrist but its helping, thank you so much!

  • Thank you for the tip. I will try this. I think I have wrist tendonitis on the dorsal (or posterior) side of my hand/wrist/forearm. I have an appointment with a physician to get it diagnosed tomorrow.

And you're very beautiful - thought I would add that. lol.
