I draw the line at turtles. Besides being somewhat endearing, they're green and amphibians...which I put in with lizards...which I don't eat either. Birds, Mammals, fish...I've even tried an insect or two. However,. I won't touch anything in the lizard and amphy categories. You got guts, girl.

Oh, my mother used to make alligator soup. Actually, I've seen turtle soup in Creole cooking before. Not that I eat any of that.

but u have to remember, that we eat pigs, chickens, cows, and many toher animals. in india its illegal to eat a cow or harm one, yet look what we do 2 cows! u think of dogs and cats as pet, and so do i, but no matter what theyre part of the food chain and are gonna be consumed...its the chinese ppls MEAT

As you would have known , the Chinese can could would and definitely will eat anything with 4 legs and moving except for inanimate objects such as chairs and tables.
Alligator meats are good and you can cook them by grilling , strews , BARBEQUES and in soups.
Perhaps they should eat alligator meats instead of killing turtles till extinction.
