i think your tone is pretty dark, even in the mix its

cut 4.4khz only with 3.9db, add a 2nd EQ /w following settings:

+1.5.db @ 3.2

+2.2 @ 9.3 (for air)

and then instead of TS which sounds shit try using Boost + EQ Pedal, its way tighter and more realistic:

67%, 12%, 60%, 63%, 48% (From Gain to MidFreq)

@freakguitar1 this tone now is sounding a bit crap. i have a newer tone ive been working on. its way clearer and has some more mids kind of like the ftfd relentless album if youre familiar with that band.

@freakguitar1 ill try those out and let you know but im always changing my settings. wether i find a good impulse and change everything or go back to making the pod cabs sound ok. im always trying to perfect it. well i have a new tone im working on that i have an impulse for that i made myself which isnt a cab really. but an eq curve for a pod patch that cleans it up. i captured the for the fallen dreams guitar curve. even though all the dynamics arent there the eq is identical.

@Stheartyourlife this is related to the boost-EQ stompbox! if you bought the "FX Junkie" expansion pack (i think it was delivered with this package) you can choose that boost-eq-pedal. i think it is better than the Tube Screamer...

then you just dial in these settings...

if you want i can upload the patch, but without the boost-eq or the needed expansions it is going to sound like crap i guess haha

@J3richoproductions ok! keep me up to date with that eq curve / impulse, curious how it sounds.. hit me up with a mp3 or so after you are done :] i think i never got a really really nice tone out of pod farm, not even with impulses i got that real sounding nice tone. did you ever use any other plug ins other than pod farm?
