Thank you Terpsichoreankid!! Folks, this little sweetheart sent me a Midwestern Supplies Brewing Company Cascade Pale Ale kit, partial mash. Can't wait to make it. Let's see what's inside the kit!

music by Kevin MacLeod
filmed with a Kodak Zi8 - you can see in this video one of this camera's flaws, that it goes dark sometimes for no apparent reason, argh!!

  • I couldnt stand bottling anymore so its all about the kegs now lol.

  • How cool is that??

  • You're very welcome SteelJan! :-) Cheers!

  • I'm not a big fan of Safale. I've used it and my beer turned out mediocre at best.

Do yourself a favor and grab some White Labs WLP005 or WLP001 liquid yeast and do a starter. Yum!

  • Do the video, please.

  • I used US-05 in my Stout. Turned out great; very clean tasting with no fruity flavours.

Oh, and make a video. :)

  • Do the video Jan! We love them!

  • Very Nice......... US-05 is a great dry yeast for a APA , add the corn sugar to up the ABV.... Dry hop with Cascade, for a Quad CAPA........

    GETTERRRR-DONE

    BREW ON !

  • another good brewing video please !!!

  • nice congrats steeljan
