that's how it's done.. the motion picture version whilst good, just lacks the clarity that this stage performance has.. Deborah has a great voice, can spot too many weaknesses in Helen B.Carter's vocal range.. which makes this version better even after 1 listen..

The Mrs. Lovett is great. If you combined Angela Lansbury and Patti Lupone, that is almost exactly what you would get. Well done :)

This Mrs. Lovett is so entertaining, I love her! She's got a lot of energy, she's perfect for the part.
