this games is awesome, used to play it 12 hours a day in summer when there was nothing to do (i live in a small town). To all the hypocrites who say that people who play WoW are nerds and have no social life, FUCK OFF and go play farmville.

@ everyone who asked how it help me out I had Real life friends but I fell into the wrong crowd for years I was doing drugs I wont name which but I really wanted to quit but if you hang out with the wrong crowd it is nearly impossible to stop them if you continue to hangout with them so I started to play this game particularly to stop hanging out with the wrong crowd. Suprisingly been clean since Sep. 15 of 2008 and run a marketing business. Hope this doesnt get flamed mabe strange but true.

I sometimes remember the good days...I can truly say that WOW has been a part of me, of my life, of my soul. I can`t say that this was an addiction or a waste of time because every second I played I felt like I lived there....in a world that u can be a hero...you can fly....you can move mountains with your will-things that you cannot do in real life...maybe that was real life for me at some point but not material...but in my mind, in my soul.

To be honest this game for me was not even just addictive as much as if it was part of an age i lived sweet days and memories great freinds i knew in wow and in real life amazing girl freind used to play wow with me but now we broke up this game i played for like 5 years never quit and imagine when u start a game with a girl u adore and after 3 years together u 2 break up and even after u break up u 2 played and watched each other moving from side to side without words or even hello

Sometimes I reactivate my account...played WoW for 6years and it sucks to realize you cant play anymore...that responsibilities like your degree and work are finally here. WoW, you gave me a second life and a great time. I overcame challenges that I thought I couldnt do in games. From noOb to vet, thanks WoW for the great time! Even though trade chat says we all hate each other, we all were the greatest for finding this game!
