Please can someone help me?? I am 13 and I have had all the depression symptoms my school counsilor and my mum think I have pms/pmt but I think I may have depression! My feelings are: saddness for at least 75% of the day. Like I have been a bad person. Stomach aches and feeling Ill. Hoplessness. Tearfull and crying at least 2 times a day. Tired all the time. If I had known that I would grow into a world where "depression" is considered an illness rather than an emotion, that can only be treated by drugs and therapy rather than actually enjoying life, I would have been a depressed child too.
