He uses these things called pastel pencils to color, and when you use those you can actually sort of smudge the color to make it look smoother. It's sort of like chalk, but it actually stays on the paper and doesn't flake off like chalk does.

Wow you're an idiot! Perhaps it would be wise to stay out of fights on the internet? You raise no good points in your comment. The only one which is reasonable is: "respecting other artists' style." OK in response to that, I say: I do respect artists' style. However, in this case, this person is drawing something which has already been drawn by another artist. Oh yeah I almost forgot lol pwned!!!
