How fucking ironic, that the doctor was actually a good guy, the whole game is just a dream during a brain operation. The doctor realize that william's (guy you play)

brain was being taken over by various thoughts that's why the doctor made william fight back but at the risk of his life during the operation.

Looks really great (and not only for a DS game). I wonder, however, why it's so stingy with the arterial spray. It's not like the M-rating isn't justified, there's blood and guts everywhere, you can also dismember certain enemies, but them not bleeding feels quite strange.

@joshkid1122 actually if you read the last note of dementium the ward there is this note for amanda williams daughter written by willaims wife and it says it is not your father's fault your father found me like this so actually joshkid1122 the killer is somebody else probably.
