@zerowolf94 actually he isn't really demonstrating a workout as he is showing some of his own exercise skills. I think demonstrating would imply that there was some sort of instruction on how to do the exercises properly.

Can everyone shut the hell up about his tattoos, he's here demonstrating a workout, and you guys are showing your ignorance by talking about something thats not even relevant to the video ..... Anyway, Awesome workout Danny! After watching your videos, I'm planning to just drop weight lifting and go into calisthenics, it seems a lot more challenging and fun and also I'm 17 so I think I'll have a good start .. Great motivation man!

@Thevide0123 Best thing for abs is to stay lean and eat clean (lots of plants and animals, few grains). My favorite exercises are ANYTHING hangings (leg raises, straight or bent, bicycles, windshield wipers, etc. ) Thanks for watching.
