Enhanced current flows over ledges and the cover provided by both ledge and invertebrate community act as aggregating points for dense schools of baitfish, generally YOY Scup, YOY Round Scad, YOY Spottail Pinfish etc. The above image shows one typically sized school of mixed species YOY fish. Watch for the Black Sea Bass hiding in a large sponge.
