Exactly. If I was in his position, I wouldn't have expected Apollo and Klavier to team up just because of a small twitch that was witnessed by the defense. It would have caught me off guard. How does one prepare for that? They don't.

Why do people think Kristoph is "nothing compared to Dahlia"? Dahlia was evil, but she was stupid, she completely failed to cover her tracks and it ultimately led to her being executed and much later she was banished to an eternity of wallowing in her own pathetic pity. Kristoph would never have been defeated had it not been for the extremely unique circumstances under which he was cross examined in the final case of Apollo Justice, and there is absolutely no way he could have seen it coming.
