- Dan asks Emily a tough ethics question. If she had Anthony Weiner's voicemail code at the height of his scandal, would she have used it?
- Revisit of the Mahmoud Ahmadinejad comes to Columbia University
controversy.
- Internet providers to monitor customers for copyright infringement.
- Should someone be able to own a newspaper and a TV or radio station in the same town? What if it saves the paper. Remember when local radio had local news?
- The Washington Post put a Pulitzer Prize-winning writer and a staff on a single story for two years. Can you imagine a radio or TV station doing that?
- Dan rants against local PBS station WBRA for repeatedly pre-empting The McLaughlin Group for an endless loop of infomercials.
