@xmetaljessex So what? Where in that pithy little comment does it say that ANY of those bands were from Tampa? And I repeat, I was fortunate to be in Tampa during that time. Do you know how many times I got to see bands like Morbid Angel, Decide, Death, Atheist, Assuck, Obituary, et al? My first hardcore band opened for Atheist in 1989 in a living room party. Or how about getting to know and hang out with Roger Patterson before his life was cut short? That was a really stupid reply dude.

EARACHE RECORDS circa 1989-1990: Napalm Death, Godflesh, Entombed, Carcass. Also Paradise Lost (Peaceville Records). Ground-breaking times. I was fortunate to be living in Tampa during that era.
