what camera are you using? What is the f stop?

@jimsthompson Camera is Canon EOS 7D. Lens that I used was Sigma 70-200 f2.8 EX. Focal length here around 100mm, f stop somewhere at 4.0.

@Nelvin78 That is Rash's main miss actually. When he doesn't post it, he usually misses a little right and pays for it on the fresh. He can get away with it when the lanes are broken down correctly though. He has manged to cut down on falling off the shot a lot more. He used to have a five step approach, the first four steps to delivery, then the fifth step out of the shot.

@Nelvin78 if you constantly try to post your shots it insures that you have good balance at the line. its like following through. technically after the ball leaves your hand nothing you do afterwards matters. you could go straight from release to picking your nose. it just insures you come through the ball instead of hitting up on it.

Now that I see the pro;s dont post their shots, I dont feel so bad about not doing it myself. I dont understand the point of waving your trailing foot around in the air at the release, very poor fundamentals guys.
