DMI's Mark Winston Griffith analyzes President Obama's 2009 Address to Congress. He finds the speech consistent with DMI's vision of government playing a positive role in creating prosperity for all Americans. But he reminds us that the President must act boldly to address the economic crisis, the housing crisis, and the bank bailout.

  • @cinesimonj sir, madam, i know exactly what those terms mean. Do You?

  • @k1a1t1h1y1 In other words, you have no idea what those terms mean, and all you really want to do is call him names without having to use your brain.

I'm sure it givers you some kind of short term satisfaction.

  • yeah right, Obama is driving the ship right to the rocks. He is a socialist, marxist, facist and the american people will not stand for it.

  • Great points, Mark. Especially about bank nationalization -- Obama can't let ideological objections to that term stand in the way of doing what's right for the American people. If nationalization is the way out of this crisis, who cares whether the right-wing pundits scream about that term?
