@45825243 If he uses LEDs for most of his lighting, it wouldn't be much more than your average apartment. The only things that really push up your electrical bill are hot water (bath and shower), dryer, electrical heater and AC units. Everything else is mild. Running a microwave for an hour only costs about 10 cents.

I KNOW THIS GUY!!! i used to work with him when he was a DJ at 'bubbles' in hinckley uk in the 80's (WE WERE DANCERS ON STAGE) HIS NAME IS TONY ALLENE... i met him last week after many years AND HE DIDN'T REMEMBER ME AT ALL......obviosly i made a great impact on his life..... he however had a great impact on my life......he set me up with my wife!!!!!
