This is a video about how to use a regular gravel vacuum for cleaning your aquarium gravel without having to get nasty fish water in your mouth. My apologies for not knowing the brand of the gravel vacuum!! I bought it a long time ago!

I ran out of memory on my camera at the end, but you still get the info on how to use it. Hope this will help some people out there!

If you live in Nassau, Bahamas and have a fresh water aquarium that you want cleaned, maintained or set up feel free to check out http://www.aceofaquariums.webs.com

  • loved it :D!! thanks alot

  • from the look of her she doesnt 'suck' anything too often

  • she talks too much

  • .....nice clean water though

  • my gravel needs vacumed......you know you like to suck the tube.......gigidy gigidy goo!!

  • @ALemonProduction1 those are usually small goldfish that will grow but for fish that size one or two per gallon is suggested but if you have a good filter and do 20% water changes once a week you could get away with three until they start to outgrow the tank. and they do outgrow tanks, its a myth they stop growing when there is no room, so i would recommend guppies or something that will stay small if you arent able to afford or dont have room for a larger tank down the road. good luck! :)

  • @ALemonProduction1 about 20 if neon tetra

  • "jerking" the tube only works with some types (usually the blue tops like yours, because they have a one way valve in the blue part so that water doesn't go into the tank, and so that water comes out when suction begins)

  • the thumb goes on the end of the tube to stop the flow of water without having to break suction.. Never be surprised with questions because there are people that buy animals without knowing the work that goes into caring for them, if you or anyone has questions about fish tanks at all, contact me, username = anORNERYpenguin. Thanks

  • how many feeder fish (small ones) cn i put in a 2 gallon aqaurium??
