It was called bulge because of the shape of the advance on the map!How can you expect anyone to take your comments seriously if you lack so much common sense ?

Belgium (Bulge) is not such a cold land. Snow often stays only on areas that are more than 500m high. I think that during the battle of the Bulge, snow appeared only by Xmas time.

from what i hear it was one of the coldest winters ever recorded in that region. that's why the weather was such a factor. it was unusually cold that year.

You're right, I was just answering to someone who noticed that there was no snow on the ground (but you can see some snow at 1:59 and 2:50, for example).

Belge not Bulge. It was nicknamed The Battle of the Bulge by Churchill due to its shape.

Also keep in mind that the British helped the Americans in WW2 and that Americans never went one-on-one by themselves against another country in either World War. Keep that in mind
