BoA got permission to use this Instrumental to make it. Her producer (as I remember) did make the instrumental for Buddha;s Delight and decided to make BoA use it too. Don't called someone a rip-off without the proper facts.

the harmony is the same but melody is different.
It's not like other people haven't ripped off others before. Especially people like flo rider. Takes old songs and remakes them and nobody says shit?

@dragames When a song is over 30 years old (again as I remember) it is ok for artist to sample the song or remake it without any copyright for the song. That is why many American artist sample of American singers without the need to go into any process of confirmation.
Again if people knew the facts behind this than people wouldn't be in such a uproar when they hear a song that sounds similar to another.
