Grand Piano Fondant Cake

Grand Piano Fondant Cake for Quynh & Tien's birthday. A chocolate cake covered in chocolate fondant to look like a piano. She didn't want a birthday message on it just the piano. It has keys & a music sheet on it - all edible. I had more plans for this cake like a lid that lifted up & a chair to sit on & more details but just ran out of time. They still love it & the choc fondant tasted great with the cake ; )

@bfulawka For carved cakes it best to use a really heavy cake like fruit cake, pound cake or mud cakes ; )
