The Sir Peter Scott Debate is the Wildscreen Festival's prestigious keynote event, held in honour of Wildscreens co-founder. The 2008 motion was People must be kept away from endangered animals. Wildscreen Festival chair, Carol Haslam, opens the event and Dr Cristián Samper, Director of the Smithsonians National Museum of Natural History, introduces the motion.
