hey for this type of question is it okay to make some of it up if you haven't done much in a team

@cal1um2 - it's never OK to make stuff up. That would be lying and a good interviewer would find you out through behavioral probes and/or reference checking (I use something called TORC--threat of reference check--that can quickly identify if the person is telling the truth or embellishing). So stick with what is real, don't make it up.

I agree with dixon, information like this should have been a mandatory course! Interviews are nerve wracking enough - they are so much harder when you don't know the correct ways to answer questions.

brian this is an amazing thing that your doing to help people feel more comfortable and relaxed as if they are going to get the job...i dont no you personally but you have helped me because i never knew the things you taught in just one minute could help me prosper in my interview and actually get the job...thanks for sharing this learning experience with others and myself now i feel more confident when going on interviews...
