It's Sandra Schleret together with Tilo Wolff (Lacrimosa). One Martina Hornbacher (Therion, Alas, ...) also sung with Dreams of Sanity, but I don' know if she sang on this album.

Phantom of the Opera is freaking AWESOME! Don't know what is up with your problem... anyways regardless of that, I shall now answer your question.
There are two types of this anime. Hellsing, and Hellsing Ultimate. You must be referring to Hellsing Ultimate, episode four (Granted they are... what 2 hours an ep?)
The guy at 3:45 is part of the Hellsing anime series, which consisted of (I believe) 12, 30min episodes (not part of the manga). Hellsing Ultimate actually follows the mange storyline.

Well I like nightwish But I didnt really think it sounded like it because for one the begining of the songs tunes are diffenent. Ones rock and ones not and the guys voice is less strong

I love Nightwish but they are not Goth. They are Symphonic Metal. I'm not picking on you because I love Goth music (old school and darkwave) but Nightwish aren't goth music. They fucking kick ass though. So do Dreams Of Sanity :-)
