@rikky383 It’s an evolutionary process, expose them to good things and they will get it sooner or later. I think it shows that they have a good ear for music.

@larrythemole1 I have the same arguments with my 11-year-old. Of course, she's listening to the "Urban Top 40" stuff... So yeah, I got some work to do. I've been sneaking some music into her IPOD, and she likes a lot of it. But yeah, I completely agree with everything you said.

@rikky383 I challenged my son a few years back saying old music was king. So we searched together and I am a witness, music coming out for the last several years is off the chain. Mumford and Sons, The low Anthem, Stornoway , Zero 7, Goyte. On and on music is great today.
