what really makes me mad is that during the training with zangetsu there were so many awesome looking swords...all around him but he had to get the big wide one...and then his bankai REALLY disappoints me

@XsnowlynxX Those two are what the video are about. Ichigo blames himself for what happens to his family and friends. It's a matter of pride. After Ichigo The Arancars attacked the first time he blamed himself for not defending them. He was afraid of his hollow. In the song where they say "If I go crazy will you still call me Superman?" That's the same with Ichigo.
