The Fatman And Team Fat (George Sanger and his band) wrote full songs of all sorts of bizarre and excellent varieties for the 7th Guest and the 11th Hour. Those songs' melodies were then reduced to MIDI form for use in the games.
The original songs were later released on the album 7/11. It is freaking FANTASTIC! One of the best albums I've ever heard.
Come play the shell game with the madman, and maybe you could win his bride...
It's on the second CD, track 1 is data, track 2 is the audio you hear here. I found this video because I wanted to listen to Skeletons, which starts at about the 6 minute mark on this timeline.
I remember my dad bought that game and he and my sister played that game. I was sooo scared of that game especially that part when that guy shouted COME BACK!
One of my favorite games when I was 10. Hard as hell though; I had exceptional trouble with the tin can puzzle before the maze. Shame that I never finished it, made it around through the basement and everything. It couldn't of been much further but I just don't think I can gather the courage (to face the puzzles) to try to play it again. Maybe one day.
