This is one of the many educational videos aimed at Elementary School aged children released by Colgate. This particular tape was released in 1991, and this part of the video consists of an opening with children talking about losing their baby teeth, a short animated segment about "Wiggly Tooth," and a rap song about tooth brushing (back then it seemed like all educational films featured at least one rap song). The funniest part of the rap is definitely the use of brushing sound effects in place of record scratching effects.
Whether you view this as an educational program for your children, as something to entertain (and remember exactly why the early 90's were so... goofy), or as youtube poop fodder, I hope that everyone does enjoy.
@ozzie300 I love it when Julia plays with me.

After all this time it feels great to see how well my work stands up. Along with my team, I wrote, directed, and produced The Adventures of Wiggly Tooth. Music and lyrics by Tish Rabe. Animation by Paratore. DP Tom Spain. The school was somewhere in New Jersey. Our client was Janice Hamilton for Colgate/Palmolive. We shot this in 1992. Thank you for the comments, and do see Dr. Rabbit, the other animation we did for Colgate.

If they need this to explain that losing teeth is normal, imagine their puberty video...
