That last picture was not the milky way - we have not made it that far yet. That's a picture of a similar galaxy

You're absolutely right. In fact, it's neither the photo of Milky Way nor any other real galaxy. It's just a fancy (scientific) picture simulated by localizing thousands of stars in the Milky Way(MW).Of course, this picture is now obsolete. New data from Spitzer telescope, suggests a brand new shape for MW. Check it out in the links I send in the next comment.

@MCneun the idea that the 'heaven' ie the stars where once joined together and then came appart is an idea which FAR pre-dates the qur'an. as is the idea that we and the land where raised up from the oceans.

both are pagan ideas which are far older than even early judaism. you have twist them to make them fit astro-physics and evolution. and if that is the best scientific quote you have it's kinda pathetic.

I have nothing against religious faith, but it is a bit silly to say it's true

@alex29443 For sure they could be other creations like aliens, and Quran and Bible say it clearly that it exist other unvisible creations like Angels which are created from light and Jinns from the flame of fire which they atoms move over the speed of light so that humankind cant see them or feel them.

@alex29443 the biggest problem of the mankind is that they cant imagine that there could exist a God which is Allknowing without seeing him, i understand you but i suggest read the Quran and youll see things written that they are just discovered since last century! God says for example:

[Quran 21.30] Do not those who disbelieve see that the heavens and the Earth were meshed together then We ripped them apart? And then We made of water everything living? Would they still not believe?

@MCneun I hope you're a troll - there is just no way that you can just attribute the entire universe to a personal god (such as the abrahamic god)

That argument is utterly undermined by the scale which this video describes - quite frankly - there is no reason whatsoever for him/her/it to make so much, the milky way would have been more than enough - and what if they find aliens who believe in a different god - why wouldn't allah apread his message there or make them in his image?
