It is always beautiful to hear an Elvis song celebrated. Elvis created a masterpiece when he sang this...and his voice gives it a magic quality. It is the most played song at weddings (Elvis's version that is). This however is a beautiful cover!

I think the song fits the film. It's a simple song whereas the very young can sing along and learn to appreciate the meaning of love. Elvis would be proud to hear this rendition of his original genius.
