The story:
CJ is the most important maintenence engineer of the American Satellite.
This satellite is used for nuclear attack commandos, that's why it is so important to keep it steady and working.
The russian Mafia, named Barhnakov did beat up the satellite, and it's commando room. Now the biggest problem is, that CJ is the only one who can repair the satellite. CJ is getting threatened by Barhnakov. If CJ repairs the satellite, he probaly would get killed, and if he doesn't repair it, then the American Government will jail him.
