This child is not learning how to swim with that thing around its neck! I say" never put anything around a babies neck"! I do not care what it is..;nothing. Get that freaking thing off the market. I have seen it on other little children as well when visiting Hawaii and they were much bigger what I call, inner tubes. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with the company that makes them. Please do not send that product to the US. Thank you.

@MonkeyTavia23 Actually you aren't in the top comment. The person who told you off is. And just because you're in a top comment doesn't make you right, silly fuck. There are alot of clueless idiots on youtube and just because an idiot thumbs you up doesn't make you correct, it makes you both idiots! this video/ the parents are very smart and obviously care about there childrens safety.

@aussiezahra You would never teach your kid to swim? Shame on you. If he is ever in the newspaper cause he drowned by accident you can blame yourself for being so ignorant.
-
This is so mean , I would never do that to my 5month old ! So sad !

@foofsterino Uhmm my comment is top comment, ur comment does not have one rate. I do have a life actually. I was just saying, I find this very dangerous.

I would never buy a flotation device that was made in china.and the only babies using these plastic collars are Chinese. These things do nothing to help babies learn real swimming. In fact, it only handicaps them later in the water.
-
He is not swimming. This device will hobble the child once removed. False sense of balance and security will lead to drowning.

as long as the baby is smiling and swimming there is nothing wrong its a babies instict n=to know how to swim and kick as like if they were in the womb

I love how everyone is freaking out about small things. That's HORRIBLE or having the floaty on his neck.
The floatation thing isn't doing anything to the child's neck but helping him stay afloat enough to learn swimming, which could one day save his life.
It would be horrible if the child was screaming and obviously didn't want to do that. But this baby looks happy and comfortable. It's called life-saving techniques that are safe for the baby if there was no one there. which there is.
It is not dangerous, seriously, the parents are right there. The flotation device is obviously not uncomfortable for the baby. He loves it. It is more dangerous for over-protective parents to not teach their children to swim and then the child drowns at 17 because he can't swim. Let the kids parents do the parenting and decide what is ok for their own child.

@MonkeyTavia23 thats ridiculous you mean it could be dangerous having a napkin round a babys neck?? its practically impossible for the baby to flip because the floating ring obviously doesn't go beneath the shoulders - meaning that his weight is pulling him down. The adults are right next to the baby... some kids grow up not even knowing with just how much speed they can run around a corner without falling over.. let them experience things or they'll get hurt afterwards
