@evac311 Any thing is "toxic" if there is enough of it, also if CO2 is non toxic then how come people can commit sucide via car exaust or by locking them selves in Air proof containers?

Further more even if CO2 didn't contribute to Global Warming (which it does) the we still ought to reduce emissions since the Oceans are absorbing so much of it there slowly turning in to acid, Carbonic acid which is weak but still enough to dissolve a tooth left in it over night, that is basic chemistry.

Please sit in a room and let me fill it with CO2...... I think you guys that say CO2 is harmless should look up chokedamp.

Also some plants grow better than others in higher CO2, like weeds. Finally, plants can't defend as well against insects if they have too much CO2. This CO2 problem is not an overnight thing so it won't affect any of us... but the amount of CO2 in the air is going up. That's a fact.
