When I started this level it was exrtremly crazy city! A bunch of native people were getting to devastate all!!
No defense, no troops nobody could help me. Building a missions - solved the problem but the city was in economic depression: The city organization was inefficient required totally reconstruction of all arteries. In common: totally demolition and building by the new way!
In the same time the rest of Gannibal troops were approaching to attack the city. It was needed the small time to prepare a strong army.
The town was grown. Soon I had accumulate enough money to rebuild the city.
According to analyzing city configuration the best place was in upper corner There was planned a patrician district. The other place was planned for middle-class settlement.
Soon my colony was grown huge safe, and prosperous!
