Eh! Nostarwhere888! You said:: "The ARVN elite are still trying to become Vietnamese leaders, but in safer places like Whitehorse." , and " most local Vietnamese refused to appear with the ARVN "
Anyone who thinks the yellow flag stands for freedom is seriously uninformed. The historical facts are not taught to the Vietnamese in Vietnam, and so they come to America and get sucked into believing the hypocritical propaganda put out by the likes of VietNamChuTuDo and the former military dictators who organized this march. Luckily in Canada we have free access to the historical facts and there is no excuse for the pathetic losers who failed to defend their country from the communists.
The ARVN military people are flying their own flag in the position of honour, a position normally reserved for the Canadian flag when in Canada. Same problem with the banners.
The juxtaposition of Canadian and ARVN military images is gratuitous and misleading. The Canadian military never fought on the side of the ARVN.
Translation of credits at end of clip (summary with explanation) rising up in arms in Yukon, the frontier border of Canada where the Embassy of the Vietnam Communists in Ottawa is determined to put up their bloody flag as their first step in their propaganda campaign to raid and destroy the overseas community of Vietnam Nationalists and destroy the yellow flag. (The Vietnam War did not 34 years ago with the fall of Saigon. It was too dangerous there, so we moved it to Whitehorse.)

The people carrying the flag are ARVN (ARVN is the military that USA supported in the Vietnam War. USA admitted their mistake almost 40 years ago and never turned back. The ARVN elite are still trying to become Vietnamese leaders, but in safer places like Whitehorse.)
The marchers are from Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and California ( because most local Vietnamese refused to appear with the ARVN)

It was very touching to see the yellow flag of Freedom in such a remote location of Canada. Bravo to the Vietnamese community in Yukon.

Is this parade in Canada similiar to the Torchlight Parade some states have in the USA?
