We take a look at this 7" AR15 upper in .223 (5.56x45)
This short AR upper can legally be used with an SBR (NFA Registered - Short Barrel Rifle) or with an AR15 Pistol lower receiver.
We take a quick look at both options with this 7" AR15 upper

  • lol what isnt metioned is that ar more than likey cost almost 2k to get it like that..

  • @zx6me1983

    so what?

  • Ok so if i buy a standard 14.5/16" rifle then i get an SBR upper then i would have to register the original lower of the first rifle for the SBR upper?

  • @lazadar

sort of, you would need to SBR the lower, but uppers are not really SBR, they are just "short" since they aren't regulated

  • I love America but our gun laws are more confusing than Father's Day in the NBA.

  • @GunWebsites He has a point to some extent. I do think we will see a revolution in the US within the next 10 years, not just because of gun laws but just how corrupt the leaders of this global government are..

  • @GunWebsites Just going by what I was told by several Class 3 dealers about filling out the paperwork for my stamp. I was told to register it in something short like a 6" so I could attach what I wanted.

  • @bloxtann

you have no idea how many 'dealers" I work with and I've never heard that.

I've done my own research on firearms laws, and I've never read that anywhere.

    so again PROVE IT

lets see the provision of the NFA or the GCA that defines your position

  • @GunWebsites If your form 1 says that your SBR has a barrel length of X inches you can put a longer barrel on the gun with no problems but if you go shorter than X inches it is illegal end of story. I am a class III dealer its my job to know the laws.

  • @coyotesniper

    prove that

  • @zombiehunter96

    provide ANY proof of that..
