  • I dont have anything against crossfit specifically but damn they have ruined olympic lifts!! Seriously!

  • ive seen people do the tire flip; flip the tire, tuck jump into the tire hole once it lands, then tuck jump again over the tire and turn around and flip it over again... repeat

  • That tire flip form is primarily working on hip flexor explosion... this is a vital part of crossfit training

  • wow. do not claim crossfit when u can't do anything correctly. it's funny that u take urself so seriously but the way u do the tire flips is like how someone making fun of tire flipping would do it. it's a lift and then u push the tire over...not a weird spazz hop or whatever the hell you're doing.

  • post a video response and I will be impressed, but don't bash others when you haven't even establish you can do a movement correctly. Ind 20000 he is doing the flips right if you disagree tell me what he is doing wrong?

  • Those last two comments were crap. Don't bash my older bro when you're not even putting yourself out there to view working out when i highly doubt either of you could do these movements. Oh and by the way "mighty Thor" I would like to see you attempt to do 100 to 120 hammer swings in a workout.

  • dont switch hands each swing with the hammer and you have bad form flipping the tires.
