How to get to Wayward basement and get TM26 Earthquake.

First fly to Eterna city then go down the bike track and follow around the corner till you get near the top then go under the bridge near the end (you will need the bike inside) then go inside and follow till you get there.

I don't think that you need this now lol, but use Grass/Water types to mainly beat ground.
