This doesn't get real until you put someone on your chest trying to mash you back down for the pin. Until then it's
not really done right.

You move with your bridges? Usually I just stay in the bridge position until I get too tired.

Hmmm, I don't move in my bridge, I just keep my body still and place my nose to the floor.

these are great for ur neck and if u can do flips back and forth while ur head and arms is still on the ground it even better

Before going into a full bridge, focus on the easier version of a yoga bridge that keeps the scapula (upper back) on the ground while working to extend the hips and lower back. Strengthen your hands and triceps doing normall pushups.
How long does it take to be able to do this? I tried it and it's hard for me.
