  • You move with your bridges? Usually I just stay in the bridge position until I get too tired.

  • Hmmm, I don't move in my bridge, I just keep my body still and place my nose to the floor.

  • these are great for ur neck and if u can do flips back and forth while ur head and arms is still on the ground it even better

  • Before going into a full bridge, focus on the easier version of a yoga bridge that keeps the scapula (upper back) on the ground while working to extend the hips and lower back. Strengthen your hands and triceps doing normall pushups.

  • How long does it take to be able to do this? I tried it and it's hard for me.
