    Hey, you are the first person to catch that! I didn't think the torch was showing up enough against the background without the 'false' shadow behind. Good eye!

    Thank you! I prefer to draw on the asphalt - & I do use chalk mostly, some paint but not much. I hope to come to Russia soon to teach my techniques there!

  • You are brilliant; you not only create great art, you create great joy. As I have said previously, however, the tentative nature of the chalk work saddens me, as it may only be preserved in photographs. Do you also work on permanent supports? You must! This is far too beautiful to lose. It is magnificent.
