I was in my drive-way recording this and It was creepy. I was driving home from the gym and there were GIANT dust clouds it was crazy

@nanalamo I did see funnel clouds, but not in this video! I'm over by lincoln park, and we saw multiple funnel clouds and swirling debris. 80+mph winds

Thank you for posting! However you did not see any funnel clouds. The perported funnel clouds towards the beginning of the video were actually mammatus clouds dipping and undulating. And towards the end it looked like a convergence of clouds making the filtered light appear to be a funnel. For a cloud to be a funnel it must have rotation. And usually funnel clouds form out of wall clouds.

This just in: I drove past Carthage this morning and almost half the trees snapped like toothpicks. Right where the road curves on Sheridan, almost all the trees were knocked over. That was some pretty nasty wind.
