Weekly Address: Congress Must Move Forward, Not Back On Wall Street Reform

President Obama discusses the reforms to Wall Street that he put in place to protect consumers and make Wall Street play by the same set of rules -- and calls on lawmakers to finish implementing these reforms so that we can prevent excessive risk-taking and help create an economy that is built to last.

President Obama needs to increase the pressure on the republicans to force the wealthy to start paying their fair share of the tax burden, because so many poor, and middle class are suffering!!!!! It upsets me that there are still people in America who seem to support the republican way of doing things!!!! It has been proven that capitalism does not work, and it is a racist system of doing business, which leaves the poor and middle class out of the equasion!!!!!

People want to work, but how can they when republicans refuse to create any jobs!! They have been total obstructionists to every good thing Obama tries to do!!!! Obama has the answers to our economic problems, and the republicans know it, but all they seek is power, and it doesnt matter if they get it by way of a failed economy, hoping voters will blame Obama for it!!!!!

I dont think this election is even about Republicans versus Democrats, it's about staying true to what this country stands for. It's not about people paying their "fair share," it's about maintaining the social liberties this country was founded on and the ones we've fought so hard to add. Does separation of Church and State mean nothing anymore? Male or female, Republican or Democrat, LGBT or "straight," Muslim or Catholic, we're all American's and we all deserve a shot at the "American Dream."

How about this, we make the economy so strong that those people can get jobs and then work , own money and pay for there own healthcare. If we allow republicans in congress, or heaven forbid, the presidency, they all ready said they will abolish Obamacare, and cut benefits to millions of Americans who are out of work and need help!!!! Obama is the ONLY choice of the middle class, and poor!!!!
